Topiary released on bail, ordered not to use internet
Jake Davis (aka Topiary) is reportedly out of prison on bail after appearing in court, reports the Associated Press. He is being released until his court appearance on the 30th. Until then, he is ordered to obey an overnight curfew, to wear an electronic tag, and to not to use a computer.
Davis also made quite a stir, as he was seen reading the book Free Radicals, which discusses the tendency among the scientific community to be anti-authoritarian.
